A huge Thank You to all members of the Galtee Walking Club who assisted with the Winter Walking Festival on January 28th & 29th, especially the walk leaders who planned and led the seven walks, very ably assisted by the many stewards.
We have had very complimentary emails from all over the country and all asked to pass on their thanks to the Galtee Club.
We wish the Club every success for the Marathon in April.
Again our sincere thanks

To all club members many thanks for all the help given over the festival weekend. It was a very successful weekend with over 700 walkers out over the two days. The weekend was enjoyed by everyone who came from near and far all club members helped in making it enjoyable for everyone again many thanks

Thanks to all members of the Club in advance of our Winter Walking Festival for January 27th to 29th.
An invitation to all members to come to the opening night in Aherlow House on Friday 27th at 9pm.
Today the long range forecast looks very good for Friday Saturday and Sunday with some sunshine and the good news is NO RAIN
Here's to a successful weekend of walking and a good experience for all our visiting walkers.
